Our family enjoyed a spacious triple room that accommodated us all comfortably. The location was perfect for exploring, with the Kelvingrove Museum just a stroll away. The friendly staff gave us great dining recommendations.
In my wife’s opinion, a swimming pool would have made the hotel even better for families.

Charming Location but Room for Improvement
My solo stay offered a great location near Kelvingrove Park and fantastic front desk service with helpful tips. Enjoyed a delightful meal at the onsite restaurant that exceeded my expectations. the room needed cosmetic touch-ups.

The hotel had a great location and the staff were friendly, making me feel welcome. However, there were issues with my room's size, and the breakfast service was frustrating as I received little help when I needed it. A mixed experience overall.

Great location, but room issues
We stayed for 2 nights as a couple and the location was fab, loads of places to eat nearby. The room was clean, but my son's room was a total letdown with no windows. The check-in staff were nice, but the manager was pretty rude when we had a concern. Plus, breakfast didn’t end up happening when promised.

What a cozy bar/lounge area! The staff were super helpful when I lost something important. Just a heads up, I could've used more plug sockets in my room. Overall, a nice stay! 😊

Perfect for a weekend escape
Had a lovely time, the room with the four poster bed was like something out of a dream. The breakfast was incredible, those attentive staff were a highlight, felt like royalty.
It wasn't exactly bargain basement, but the comfort made it worth it.

The room was small but really clean and warm. The bed was comfy and made it hard to get up—definitely good for a cozy sleep! The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the shower was surprisingly powerful. Lots of tea and coffee available, which was a nice touch. It felt very peaceful, even with the hotel being on the main road. Just the right spot to recharge for our city explorations.

Charming Stay with a Flawless Breakfast Experience
Our one-night getaway was delightful, thanks to the cozy double room and a breakfast spread that was truly unforgettable. Friendly staff added warmth to our stay, though the dining area could use a more inviting ambiance. I highly recommend trying the mango juice!

Cozy spot for a night stay
Spent a night in a double room and it was pretty chill. The shower pressure was awesome, which was a pleasant surprise! Location's fab for exploring the city, with loads of cafes nearby. Just wish the walls were a bit thicker since it got a lil noisy. decent for a short stay.
